  The room was musty smelling. The floor and sheets were full of sand. The room was unbelievably noisy. (It was Saturday night.) On the plus side, the location is very nice, as is the view out the window. Unfortunately we couldn't open the drapes because there was a very rowdy party going on right outside. All-in-all, this is what I would expect for a cheap motel, not a $170 room (plus $26 in taxes). WAY overpriced.
